vaji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and vaji ("vaji", "we", "us", or "our") governing your registration, access, and use of the vaji platform located at vaji.ws, including all associated games, services, features, and content made available through the platform. By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using any part of the vaji platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You do not already hold another account on the vaji platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to or use of online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

vaji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to supply such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

When registering for a vaji account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update this information promptly should it change. vaji is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate registration details. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you were aware of or authorised that activity.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vaji support immediately at [email protected].
• vaji reserves the right to close any account at any time where it reasonably suspects that an account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.

vaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are conducted through supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Other payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at vaji's sole discretion.

All funds deposited into your vaji account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. vaji reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and to verify the source of funds at any point. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on the account.

vaji offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly communicated at the time each offer is presented. The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain unconverted after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• vaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered in good faith.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of exploiting bonus systems or manipulating game outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal act in connection with the use of the vaji platform.

All content available on the vaji platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of vaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the vaji platform without the prior written consent of vaji.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vaji, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the vaji platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

vaji does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows, technical failures, or third-party outages may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. vaji will not be liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

vaji reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, vaji will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a communication to your registered contact details. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
